“As we release this track our city is (finally) emerging from a couple of years of on-and-off lockdowns due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and I honestly can’t remember any time in my life where I’ve seen so many people lose their hope.

Over the past few months I’ve had so many conversations with people whose hope for the future seems to have evaporated over this season. Their dreams, plans and passion have been swallowed up by the isolation, hurt and financial hardships.

I felt like we needed to release an anthem of hope, and I couldn’t think of a better song to declare in this season.

It’s certainly been tough, and we know there will be more challenges to come, but I wholeheartedly believe God still has a future filled with hope for each one of us if we hold tight to His promise and walk Him. So that’s our message. It’s our anthem. There is a hope-filled future for you. The future is (still) bright.
